Rox make it 2 straight over Padres…

The number 10 has been a good number for the Rockies so far in this series with the Padres. Thursday night the Rox put up 10 runs to 1 for the Padres for a win and last night Ubaldo Jimenez strikes out 10 in 7 innings to win his 7th game of the season. Chris Iannetta and Ian Stewart both have 2 RBIs apiece for the Rockies, with Clint Barmes picking up the other RBI on a solo homerun in the 1st inning.

QUOTE OF THE GAME – “I was mad at myself for walking (Blanks),” Jimenez said. “I think I started playing around too much, instead of just going after him.”
